I'm there, no question.
Man, if this and Global Game Jam Calgary BOTH go through, I will piss myself happy.

Thinking sometime in the spring/summer. Like maybe April or May? Let me know when you folks are free.

April/May would work for me the best! I'm not in school right now, so that works, Plus I would rather drive across the fabled land of rock and snow that is Northern Ontario in the spring.
But looking at flights, they may be cheaper then renting a car, because I don't currently know anyone in Ottawa that would make that trek that has an automobile.

Some date thoughts from a guy that organizes TOJam... University finishes ~May 7. Watch out for Mother's day May 9. Probably don't want to use the first long weekend May 24 (long live the Queen). That leaves you 2 weekends in May: May 15 - 16 or May 29 - 30 We always hold it earlier to ensure it's nasty outside. The last thing you want is a nice day

I was thinking of a cross-country motorcycle trip around then - that timing would be perfect.

Well, I mean bicycle but I talk a bigger game than I deliver! I do bike a lot but it's all been in-town so far, I've never done a proper road-trip. However biking to Winnipeg would appeal a lot to me...

I really enjoy cycling too; nothing like a 5 hour bike ride around Edmonton during those long summer sunsets!

I'm definitely interested, and if it happens in Winnipeg I can make it for sure, since I live in the area
