I should be able to make any of those work, and I think I'm pretty much in that same boat as Matt and PsySal right now.
So all the dates are fine, but you don't think you can come? Confusing!

The best is the 22nd or the 29th for me, though I can probably make the 15th if that's the decided time.

So far it looks like the 29th works for the most people...

yea, i'd say the 29th as well. The 15th has a slight possibility of becoming problematic for us.

So all the dates are fine, but you don't think you can come? Confusing! Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm saying. I can't really promise either way right now whether I can make it, and that's more of a general thing than because of any specific thing that I've got planned. (Though I do have one specific thing for some point over the summer; a driving trip down the West Coast!) But yeah, seeing that some of the Americans will be making the trip is definitely pushing me in the "yes" direction.

Yeah, there's a pretty decent chance that some of the Phoenix crew will be able to come. (Kyle P, Steve S, Matthew W, Danny B) Possibly the Saltsman too... That'd be some good times. So unless there are any further objections, it looks our preferred weekend is: May 29th

No idea if it'll happen or not, but we're gonna try. (and by we, I mean Ryan the guy that runs the game studio incubator that we'll be hanging out at!)

Yeah no problem. If I do get paid before then, I'll definitely throw some bucks in the pot of anybody else needs an extra few for sure.

Oh man, this would be so freaking awesome... now I just need to convince more people to road-trip with me from Austin, TX as airfare is retarded right now.

It's best if you can bring a laptop... If not we can try to rustle something up. Spoiler Alert: http://adamatomic.com/

Yeah I saw that when Adam showed me the new site earlier today. Gonna be cool to finally meet him and Pulver since it seems likely that they'll both show up, since I chat with them both all the time but have never actually met either in person

Here's a preview of one part of the space we'll be in: http://yfrog.us/0a6wzzWe're going to add more chairs + tables, as well as taking over a couple more rooms. So yes, there are computers there... I was working on fixing some of them up today. They run Windows XP (64bit), they have older but decent graphics cards and they all have dual monitors. If I can get all the drivers sorted out for them, they should work okay and all be running Unity indie. It's still much better if you bring your own laptop with your own stuff all ready to go on it, but as a fallback plan - these would work alright.

Awesome! I've been there once before about a year ago. I currently do not have a laptop (I just bought a new desktop) so I may have to use one of the computers that is there, however I could potentially borrow a friends laptop depending on how many extra computers there are... ?

I've only fixed 1.5 so far. But hopefully we can get the others up and running.
