Apparently they removed all mana costs, 80% cooldown reduction, removed kassadin and Ryze from the game, and nerfed teemo.

There's also a patch that I'm getting. Oh please let this be true....

The way Riot is balancing this game is so annoying. Not to mention their reworks, that make no sense (Hi Rengar, Hi Kass).

yeah, like the only states the champions exist in are:

• OP
• utter shit

if one stays too long in one he's getting buffer/nerfed to join the other one, tho it happened in the past that even after a rework a champion stayed unplayable competitively

So old Kass was the ultimate antimage assassin. He'd go in, deal his damage and get out - all thanks to one thing - silence on his Q. What happens now is - Kass goes in and gets rekt. They took the main reason why he was so strong away from him and how he has only bad matchups. I can't think of any midlaner, that wouldn't beat him 1v1 in lane. He can't trade in lane any more.

Well, I'd say it's way better to have a nerfed champ than an OP one that's banned in 90% of games, which offers no counterplay, and which takes no skill to play.

The thing is there was plenty of counterplay to Kass, like Zed, Kha, Kayle and other lane bullies. It wasn't a free win like old Xin or release Rengar. Kass went from permabanned to never picked and if someone is silly enough to pick it, he gets rekt. New Rengar is also terribad, I have no idea what was the idea behind his rework, but now he is pretty much useless.

In other news - new lantern is hilariously OP. How to get freelo:
1. Pick Master Yi, smite and teleport.
2. Farm jungle.
3. Buy lantern.
4. Farm jungle.
5. Come out of jungle and kill everything.
Sometimes you can counter gank with TP.
If Yi is banned - Trynd works as well.

new heal is boring as fuck

I see it a lot on ADCs now instead of barrier. It gives a slightly weaker heal, but it's permanent instead of temporary, removes ignite debuff, and helps more than one person. I think it's a little too powerful.

not to mention it gives a 30 percent speed bonus for a few seconds lol
