I can help! ME WANT TO HELP! Just tell me what to do and I'll do it. It can be Finale Quality or 8-Bit.
EDIT: I want to try the Outer Wall level music. I'm going to make a Cave Story Theme Remix and an Outer Wall Remix. If it's okay, of course.
EDIT AGAIN: And a Boss Battle Theme Remix

We kind of lost permission to use Cave Story. Unless you're joking.

AND HERE WE GO.What do you think? It's only a short sampler (he doesn't have time to finish an entire song atm), but I love it already. Love it! Can't wait to hear the whole thing.

Javet: I added a list of levels that still need music to the front page. Tell us what you're interested in working on, and we'll try to get permission.

I'd like to try Main Menu and Regurgitation Pumping Station. For Main Menu, I'll try something flashy and upbeat. For the World of Goo level I'll remix Best of Times... BECAUSE IT'S AWESOME! EDIT: (I think The Red Carpet would be a fantastic level)

Hold off on any World of Good remixes for now, because we still need permission. I have faith in 2DBoy's awesomeness, though, so I'm sure you'll get your chance sooner or later.
On the topic of World of Goo's music, I like Ode to the Bridge Builder and Tumbler myself, and the Regurgitation Pumping Station's stage music is actually pretty good as well. Lots of good choices there.

Okay. I'll make some good stuff if 2DBoy says yes. Right now I'll get started on the Main Menu Theme.

Here are some things that I could build upon for the main menu theme. I think a medley containing a bunch of different tunes is a fantastic idea, but I'm going to work on something original. Check and see what you like. EarthSpeedTestWaterThis one's a little softer, but see if you like it. WindEDIT: I can turn them into Finale style. That means that it won't be 8-bit anymore and it will sound like fake instruments. I have already done this with Wind and Untitled Project (Water). There's a hiccup in Untitled Project. Just ignore it. This one I can't edit anymore:

I haven't listened to all these yet (your host is awful), but the main theme should sound really epic. I don't think that chiptunes can really capture that feeling. The main theme should get everyone really pumped up and ready to fight. Here are a few good examples: Mortal KombatSoul Calibur 2 (though it's not really suited to a menu)

Fair enough. I will do it on Finale. It would be a marvel if I could find a program with good quality instruments. I have something in my head that sounds INCREDIBLY EPIC!
EDIT: Oh, yeah! This is sounding AWESOME! I've started writing it on Finale, but I need to have a good-quality program! It just won't work if it sounds fake! It's so epic and blood-pumping!

Hey Javet! If you're doing it in Finale you can send me the score and I can digitally orchestrate it. (: We can work together through this process too.

If you must know, DJ.

Hey TwiTerror. I'm using Finale Notepad, which only allows 8 staves. That being said, I can't make a full orchestral arrangement. I can only make seperate parts. But here's what I have so far. Tell me if you like it. Indie Brawl Instruments.zip - 0.19MB
