Nothing against drawing on lined paper, but buy a sketchbook or some blank paper. Also you should do some constant practice of shapes and practice shading those shapes.
Part of art is muscle memory, I think a main problem I see is you sketch your lines, making them look "hairy" kind of. Hard to explain with text, but it's good to work on doing only 1 or 2 strokes on a line. Practice your curves, circles and straight lines is always a good thing. And at the same time you can also practice understanding shading and then start applying that to what you have.
You've got good vision that I think could turn into something pretty good if you were to work on it. Most of these are sketches, none seem quite "finished" do you have anything you would call polished?

I'd take that as a huge compliment! originality isn't something we all can do, that includes me. I was honoured to do the comic page after you, a bit disappointed that you gave me a semi finished page, but you have talent and plenty of time to improve. Practice makes perfect, So I might start my own thread like this and hope you will practice with me. Almost like an dev art thread you develop your skill and others watch you grow. Kind of tangy so I'll do that. Now go practise and keep it up.

How does a zombie from accounting, in what seems to be an office, get a wood chopping axe? This isn't believable at ALL.

Bah. Zombie's arent even real, so it's not believable in the first place. Anyway, George the Amoeba, Evil Bean, and the guy with Dead on his shirt are all characters I draw pretty regularly. Now for some older stuff. Oh, and the sideways "T" with 3 dots is my signature, since my name starts with T.
