I am currently working on a free flash game prototype where the entire world will be created and designed by players. Most of the core concepts are in the game, but I only have my crappy attempts at pixel art.
It's really important to have a unique look, atmosphere, and world for this game and I'm currently looking for a Pixel Artist that I can collaborate with and pay for 24x24 tilesets, game objects and of course animate the main game character (20 tall x 12 wide). We're working in small dimensions here so if you're great at small pixel art that is great.

Right now I'm looking for at least the following:
5 different Tilesets (16 or 32 for each style) each block is 24x24 pixels
1 animated character around 20 pixels high and 12-16 wide
- walking animation
- running animation
- jumping animation
- wall slide
A variety of set pieces to fill up the world
An assortment of animated game objects like hazardous water, lava, etc.
My budget isn't huge for this, but if I find someone that works well and has a distinct style - the project and pay could grow.
