I am looking for a professional/experienced artist who can match the following cartoon styles as close as possible:

I need around 8 to 10 illustrations (large resolution) for a sci-fi game. This includes background, coloring and character design. The illustrations will be used for a trailer. An example would be an illustration of the planet earth with space ships flying over. It would be a big plus, if you can do minor animations and provide the illustrations in vector format.
