NameDave PicComing fromLeamington Spa (Which is pretty much the game dev capital of the UK, so why no indie scence? ) What I does:I'm mainly a C/C++/C# coder, with a little over 10yrs games industry experience as a programmer. Some of the things I've worked on: First (and last) commercial indie game was this, in 1996: http://www.lemonamiga.com/games/details.php?id=1552Since working in the industry, I've rarely finished any indie stuff beyond numerous Ludum Dare entries - http://www.bluescrn.net/?page_id=5 - but I aim to change that this year... A plan is forming... Highlights of my games industry experience include doing programming work on Super Monkey Ball Jr. (GBA), Colin McRae 2005 (PS2/Xbox), and the DJ Hero series. And here's some fun things that I've worked on that never got finished: http://www.bluescrn.net/?page_id=4TIGJam participation:Definitly up for at least a couple of mini-jams, maybe do some work on a larger project, and also hoping to enjoy at least a little bit of beer whilst moaning about the state of the games industry... What I want out of TIGjam: Have fun making games, make indie friends, chat about 'going full-time indie' with anyone that has (try to decide whether it's for me...), Oh, and to ask Terry the correct pronounciation of 'VVVVVV'

Name (i.e. What you want people calling you to your face): Jonathan. Pic (apologies for myspace-y-ness, I don't have many post-haircut photos) Coming fromOxford What I does: I make games, primarily in flex at the moment. More programmer than anything else, though I've picked up a thing or two about other stuff along the way. Some of the things I've worked on: Best known/significant games are probably Jed, Aubergine Sky and Love LetterTIGJam participation:Make games, make games, make games. Also, meet people, chat, eat and sleep, when those goals align with the first. I'm a big fan of the 3hr game jams, I seem to have a thing about rediculous deadlines. Would quite like to do a bit of collaboration too, primarily because it's not something I usually do. What I want out of TIGjam: Mostly just to have fun, making games is fun.

Name (i.e. What you want people calling you to your face): Joël (or Klaim -klème- , some of my friend remember only my nickname, so I'm used to answer to it) Coming fromParis - France What I does: Games. And sometime comics. And Digital comics tools at the moment. And boring but techy stuff at work. Mostly C++ but did and can work with anything programmable/scriptable. Some of the things I've worked on: Err no thing I'm proud of on the dayjob side, but some NDS games and flash persistant games. On the spare time side, I'm working on NetRush that I want to release this year and sometimes on RLC that I work on when I'm bored with other projects and soon I'll be able to talk about Art of Sequence. Err...on the comics side I did this one (short 17 pages "novel") and started but not translated this one - and a bit abandonned for the moment. TIGJam participation:Making games! And working on RLC. What I want out of TIGjam: To make some games. And having the RLC collision and ennemy system finished.

Wait, are we not doing photos? We should. That was useful last time. Name: Dom PicComing fromLondon What I does: Programming (various - currently most often AS3 or Unity), art, impressions of mooses, consuming milkshakes. Some of the things I've worked on:Most recently UpBot Goes Up, which should be out quite soon. Last release before that was The Unicyclist. Also playable online is Ballrooms. My only ever commercial release (a puzzle game called Dozer) was back in 1993 on the Amiga 500! TIGJam participation:As yet undecided, but certain to involve both playing and making games. What I want out of TIGjam:To hang out with as many indies as possible and check out all the cool games, drink cinnamon milkshake and generally wish every day was TIGJam.

NamePerrin PicComing from:London What I does:I spend most of my time making games in Unity and Flash. (I also do some Drupal CMS web work to pay the bills) Some of the things I've worked on: Most notably the white chamber but I've done a bunch of smaller games and over 30 jam games.TIGJam participation:I've been to the past two TIGJamUKs and a bunch of other UK game james. Last TIGJamUK I made like 10 games which is a record I'm not looking to break or repeat. What I want out of TIGjam:I'm not so fussed about making tons of games this time. I might work on a couple of games over the weekend instead of joining in every single jam. Overall though hoping it will be a fun social event.

Awesome, we haven't done one of these in ages :D NameTerry Cavanagh PicComing from:New Braunfels, Texas What I does:Accordion playing, life coaching, performance coach for musicians. Some of the things I've worked on: Five years of performance at Walt Disney’s Epcot Center, performance experience in hundreds of festivals throughout America, stage and television appearances on four continents. TIGJam participation:Supercharged Arrangements, High-Watt Humor, Power Surging Performances What I want out of TIGjam:Although I know I’m bringing people a great gift when I am helping them loosen up and party, I especially enjoy just playing great music in a great environment. It’s magical and transforming for me and people in the audience. All of a sudden, the mind begins to calm down and wander to distant shores. Life takes on more zest, passion, and charm. I love that!

What To Say To My Face:Paul Face While On Holiday In Canada And Doing A Stupid Pose: (that was the specific category, right?) (I look inflated because I'm wearing a lot of clothes) Coming From:Coventry (I've seen one other person from here, yay!) What I'm About:Mostly Audio stuff. I'm genuinely disappointed that Terry Cavanagh might not be, as first advertised, an awesome accordion player. I can write, arrange and produce music and I'm mostly familiar with high(ish) fidelity somewhat-traditional stuff, though I've recently started learning how to work a tracker to maybe look at some low-bit stuff. I'm really into procedural audio and doing fun things by linking code and audio (using OSC and Pure-Data). All good stuff. I can program in Python and Pygame, though mostly only because it's so much easier than other languages I've glanced at Some of the things I've worked on:Nothing! See the vacuous webspace I made for myself here: http://runtime-audio.co.ukTIGJam participation:Creating songs and sounds for your projects! Maybe do a bit of simple programming as well. What I want out of TIGjam: To make some really interesting games and meet some really interesting people.

Ok, I went ahead and bought a ticket! Name:Dan Coming FromCambridge, so I guess I'm here already. What I doesMostly programming (C++, C#, Javascript, a bit of Java, the tiniest possible amount of actionscript), I'm reasonably good at sketching, storyboarding, but have never been great at digital art. Some of the things I've worked on:I was at Dare To Be Digital a couple of years ago, and went to last year's global game jam. Also did a few things at university. And have started on an Android game and a Flash/Flex game, but not anywhere near to completing it, as I haven't quite figured out how to work outside of work. TIGJam participation:Hopefully find some collaborators and complete a game! What I want out of TIGjam: It'll be good to meet some nice people, and to make games again as I've had a few months away from it.
