I'm starting this thread because I want there to be an easy, centralized list of companies that do localization in various different languages. If you've outsourced localization to a company before and they did a good job, please post about it below and I'll add them to the list. By the same token, if you've used a company already on the list and you have something to say about them (good or bad), please post about that below as well.
