Last month I posted a video feature of my favorite Indie picks for September...
Readable Here
, and well.. I got a bit hammered on the voice work criticism, well I took the advice to heart, reworked the voice and have consequently tried again.

Thus the new video is watchable here

Opinions again would be great.

Cheers

:D

It's WAY more understandable, but you sound like a mix between Duke Nukem and Mr. Stereotype News Anchor. And it is hilarious.

Nice, I like it. The announcer is a lot better in this one. Looking forward to seeing the future editions!

(You should get Gilbert Gottfried to do the voice next time, that would really spice things up!)

There's this nasal tone to the guy's voice that I don't really like. Also needs to work on his toning and stresses. And you guys definitely need a better closing sequence. Something like "This has been The Top 5 Indie Games: October Edition."

I think you need to work on your enunciation. It's a good effort though, thanks for the video, I found a few games I passed over on it.

I think you also sound incredibly emotionless and unenthusiastic. Like...

Tired One of the best games I played this year.  Tired

I probably wouldn't be much better at doing this, but I'm just pointing that out in case you might find it helpful.

Hmm not bad. Definitely an improvement. Some of the reviews seem a bit scarce on information but I get that it is not meant to be an in-depth review for each game. Keep trying, keep improving. Practice makes perfect.

Stylish layout, and whilst it only touches on each title it does hold attention nicely. I dig the voice - though, I was expecting more deadpan humour, I'll admit. His tone of voice has limitless potential for a few droll, unenthusiastic quips now and again. Though, uh, don't throw any in just for the sake of it.

Please keep it up. The more Indie Game media, the better.

as said the layout with the countdown gives it a nice touch.

with the voice its the same as in singing and martial arts:
the right breathing technique is essential.
maybe check out some some audio programs on this very subject.

now i will watch the top 10 2d arcade beat em ups  Gentleman

This is a great video, especially as a recap of the month. Some pretty great games in October, and here's to November being just as great.

Awesome. Pretty top-notch quality stuff, there.  Gentleman

Almost everything is perfect. The only suggestion I'd give is for the manly-sounding announcer to have a little more energy.
