Say I'm putting together a book of webcomics of Sunday-style size and awesomeness (...erm, not to say that I am).
I don't know how, or even if I'd be able to, get a publisher, so I thought I'd use lulu, but they don't offer anything with pages as large as I want. I was wondering what you guys have use, and what I should use? (...This is purely hypothetical, of course...)

(Also, I figured this was the correct board for this, even though it has nothing to do with games)

You don't specify exactly what size you're after, but Blurb (http://www.blurb.com/) have a pretty good range of options, so might be worth a look.
