Aldnoah zero 02

I remember someone saying why no Spaceship/hunters instead robots ,well

See this episode and you'll understand why XD
It's completely useless

The vers empire is insanely powerful , it's crazy how they destroy earth forces , it's really scary , love it

The main character is insane
I love how he let his friend die ,like he was curious to see how a real human will die or maybe even worse , he did that on purpose to understand how the shield mecanics of the robot work
I thought knowing urobuchi , the sister of the hero would die

anyway it's very promising , very gundam/Ideon-esque , can't wait for the next !!!

You're all beautiful people.
I've been meaning to watch Tatami galaxy for quite some time, thanks!
Watched Redline tonight, everything is so over the top  My Word!

There's also Gurren Lagann if you haven't seen that yet. Though you probably have.

Started watching Code Geass. Pretty rad show, reminds me of Death Note for some reason.

I haven't actually! tho I've been trying to find something to watch in the long run, I mean, to watch after working.
watched a couple of episodes of tatami galaxy and zetsubou sensei, they're cool and funny but did not stick. (at least they made me forget evangelion for now, thanks)
I think the last 3 anime that I've watched (that I can remember of) were cowboy bebop, kaiba and evangelion, so yeah, it's kinda hard to top those 3.
maybe I'm just more into this kind of """"serious"""" narrative plots.
ANYWAYS, goona give GL a try, I like futuristic settings  Smiley

Some suggestions for you:
Gankutsuou, Samurai 7, Berserk, Golgo 13, Kino no Tabi, Texhnolyze, Shigurui, Trigun (tragicomedic)

Yeah I felt that way as well when I watched Code Geass, it's probably because both protagonists have a power that gives them control over other people and want to make big changes to the world.

I probably need to go back at some point to watch S1 and 2 in one go, I watched S1 when it was showing on TV but I completely missed out on S2 until much later.

If you like this stuff in anime you should try Psycho-Pass, which is also awesome for a lot of other reasons
and maybe Steins;Gate, which is a classic anyways too

This season is really good.

There's a bunch of serious shows that are all progressing nicely, a good comedy, some mediocre-but-enjoyable comedy, the obligatory Nobunaga show is really good (albeit poorly animated). The shoujo romance is even enjoyable. Hell, even the boy-goes-to-magical-all-girl's-school fantasy haremshit isn't too bad this time around.
