I think they are awesome and inspiring, because people actually create stuff, and oftentimes a lot can be interpreted from it. The people who do them also learn new things and often create tiles/graphics they can use for other things. I guess it all boils down to if you think the glass is half full or half empty  |

I think there should be a new rule. The creator of the thread should be responsible for creating a game based on the best entry.

It's not meant to be a competition, but that would logically mean a vote on which is best, and therefore a competition. |

I laughed so hard at this, for some reason. :D Everything posted here so far has been completely awesome. I think this is going to turn up great.  I hope somebody makes something based off of Calvin and Hobbes, though, because it would make me feel happy. I was going to but I suck at pixel art. |
