i discovered this game like 2 days ago, and its seriously awesome! ive been playing the 8/30/12 version, but im downloading 10/29 as i type this. im not very clear on modding, and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? i am experienced with a few different coding languages, and once i play and learn more of the game i plan on helping out the wikia page. [EDIT#1] when i run the delver-alpha-10-29-12.jar file, a box that im assuming is the game screen opens then closes immediatly. i am using a fully updated macbook pro. any suggestions? [EDIT#2] using some sneaky web tricks i found an 11/3/12.jar on the intrrpt website. currently downloading, hope i can make it work. :D [EDIT#3] i used the Jar Bundle program included with Xcode on mac to convert the .jar to a mac osx application. this enabled me to run it! i hope this helps someone out. looking forward to trying the newest version and the outdoor test i found on page 127 of this thread. still very curious about modding, i have tons of ideas for content but no clue how to make/implement/test them. [EDIT#4] experiencing tons of troubles, like opening only sometimes. gonna work on this and see if i can find a solid solution. sorry for so edits, but i'd rather edit one post than make a billion. also, the outdoor test is awesome! i got the 11/3 version to run once, and immediately noticed that i had no text layovers. not sure if this occurred in my application-making process, or if it is an error in the coding. gonna keep troubleshooting this and try to make it work properly! [EDIT#5] it seems if i use the Jar bundler to export the application to Desktop, and name it something simple i.e. 'Delver 11-3' it runs. however, if i move it to a subfolder, it wont run. i can, however, move it to the applications folder and run it from there. gonna stop editing the shit outa this, hope i helped someone. thanks in advance

Do you have any plans to port Delver to xbox or iOS?

There are roundabout ways to get Java to run on the iPhone, compiling to MonoGame and running through their process to get it running on iOS, but there's not even a wacky path to get it running on the Xbox. Besides that the 360 isn't really a great platform to develop indie titles for anymore, when discoverability was higher there a few years ago it was great but now that whole experience of finding and downloading a game suuucks.

So, wait, what got added? Also does this mean that in the future all of the updates will need to be purchased, and more importantly if we get it now do we get free updates for life?

Okay, won on the newest (was pretty tense but got out at 18/25 HP left and no food). Found an issue, though. When an item falls in water, instead of just vanishing like it used to, it creates an infinite splashing effect (but the item still can't be retrieved). I also noticed the boss walked halfway through the wall, and the skulls floating halfway into the ceiling. Just a collision thing?

Hello, I've been playing Delver since May when Paulsoaresjr. made his Indie Game Test Drive for it. I just made an account 10 minutes ago, same time I bought this game, and I'd like to know; will this be like Minecraft where you buy it and get every update forever, or will it be that you pay per update?

Once bought you get access to all further updates, can just login to your Humble account and download the latest version.

Tried the new exe...not seeing anything new, but the item tooltips are missing. I first saw this in the overworld demo but it's affecting this new build as well. You can't tell what anything is before you pick it up, or knoe for sure that you're close enough to hit "E".
