I guess the animations of the character are just WIPs, but after seeing the animations in BoxGame and that mars-based LD entry, I suggest you take a good look at the walking animation. The game itself does look interesting!

Ah, black corrupted goo enemies and evil crystals! That old chestnut! XD I like them though, some nice shapes. It might be worth considering more more colours somehow though. (although Ico got away with it!)
