Feedback on the concept/mechanics of my game is appreciated but I'm mainly looking for right now is critique of this mock-up screen I made just saying what you think of it what I should change ect.

The icons aren't great.
Having read the description I guess the cookie stands for resources, the cross for healthy people, the radioactivity sign for the infected, and the skull for the zombies.
Initially I was confused about the cookie, thought the cross was either general health or medical resources, the radioactivity meant nuclear weapons, and the skull represented the dead (dead dead rather than undead).
