Played with the helmet idea some. Prefer the latter though it is less readable, but that should be remediable by using a grey for the non-literal elements. (if one only reads "JL" that could be interpreted as "Jarl Library")  |

Oh, surt - That was well done. Very clever.
The concept is excellent, and the lower version is better than the upper.
Both aren't quite as readable as one would want (it took me awhile to understand those aren't just horns).

Why would you put your ear in your right hand after you have cut it, holding the ear with your left? Also, wouldn't the knife be in your other hand, so you would have to first put the knife somewhere, and then switch the ear-holding hand? Seems like an extraordinary continuation of events.  |
