Programmer wanted for iOS/Android game.

Literacy charity Book Wish Foundation is developing a mobile word game/3D puzzler to help raise funds for our literacy work in refugee camps.  The game team currently includes a 3D modeler/animator, a music composer, a sound effects artist, and a 2D illustrator.  Each has years of professional experience in his/her field, but primarily in film and advertising, not games.  We are looking for a programmer with game experience to join the team.

The game mechanic is partly fixed, but there is still significant room for creative input from the programmer.  Complexity is on par with popular mobile word games.  The 3D elements will be pre-rendered.  Single-player only.

All game team members and all staff of Book Wish Foundation are volunteers.  This is a volunteer-only position, with no pay and no royalties.  We will provide in-game credit and can provide a written recommendation upon successful completion of the programming.

If you might be interested in joining the team, please send a link to your portfolio or examples of your work to Logan Kleinwaks at [email protected].  Show us what you can do.

Please share this with anyone you think might be interested.

Thanks very much for your consideration and help.
