Been listening to some of your tunes, I'm digging Katabatic Cartwheel. Love the whole atmosphere and vibe. Keep it up!

Thanks! I said I'd get back to your thread and offer some more feedback, and I plan to do just that, but I've been crazy busy lately. Lots of cool music stuff in the pipe.

I made a quick technoish action loop to unwind, just left it in the dropbox instead of uploading it anywhere, though. It's unpolished, but I wouldn't be posting it if I didn't like it.

What have I not done? Given Lofiai more feedback. Still on the to-do list, but I've been swamped in the best way.

There's a distinct possibility you may see my name attached to a couple of projects in the near future. Specifics are still up in the air, but if that happens expect a long block of silence and then a "look what I did!" post.

For now, another DnB experiment. Logic's Hold - http://tindeck.com/listen/nhso

Mini-album ho!

At my freshly pressed bandcamp page you can now find a 6 track mini-album: http://traikan.bandcamp.com/

One of those 6 tracks is a bonus track, but if you're curious you can check it out on my tindeck account: http://tindeck.com/listen/lhfe

Now I'm going to hibernate for 12 hours and then it's back to music!

Hello again TIGForums!

I've been working hard (and hardly working) lately and would love some critique of a few of my latest songs.

From Sea to Sky - http://tindeck.com/listen/exoj - Adventure music! I wanted to add some subtlety to this, so it doesn't really resolve cleanly in a lot of places and rarely follows through on implied crescendos because (brace yourself) it's the journey that counts, not the destination.

Soldercage Station - http://tindeck.com/listen/eqix - A mixing of upbeat/ominous moods that is at least partially inspired by Metroid. I didn't want to use a similar texture to the Metroid soundtracks, though, just convey that same feeling of exploring a seriously inhospitable environment but it still being fun because you're a well equipped and thoroughly capable bad ass.

Vulcanic Volcano - http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2816096/Vulcanic%20Volcano.mp3 - Volcano theme (duh) with a very slight Aztec flavor. It's more nuanced than my previous orchestral stuff, but still not where I want to be with the big band stuff. Progress, though!

More stuff in the pipe too!
