I just thought that it will be convenient to assign task in same window where I am creating it. I have a list of tasks and people that I assign tasks to. Such option will reduce like 5 clicks per task. Yes, we have this improvement in our backlog, it will come soon :-)

As you can see in the last few screenshots in this thread, there are important organizational differences. HacknPlan is more structured than Trello, allowing to classify your tasks by milestones (iterations), technical categories (programming, art, design...), game concepts (levels, characters, mechanics, systems..). All this allow more meaningful organization and a more gamedev oriented workflow. Plus the fact that I'm here to hear your suggestions and Trello is not :-P

We are going to rebuild the landing page very soon, we'll make sure this is more clear. Thanks for the feedback :-)

Hey guys, HacknPlan was updated yesterday. We released our brand new task search engine plus a task dependency system that will bring a new level of organization to your boards, allowing to block tasks that depend on others and being able to visually spot bottlenecks and possible issues. We also added some other improvements and bug fixes. http://hacknplan.com/dev-diary-13-2016-06-06/Hope you like the new stuff

Hi guys, HacknPlan has been updated! This milestone has been focused on the game model feature, with many UX improvements, element cloning and element type customization. We also added a solution for the context menu issues and an important enhancement of performance on task loading. Read more at http://hacknplan.com/dev-diary-15-game-model-love/

I signed up for HacknPlan today and really like what I've seen so far.
One thing I'd really like to do is clone an element in the Game Design Model along with any attached tasks. For example, I have a lot of stages which all require pretty much the same work to be done: Acquiring references, modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and so on. Currently it seems I'll need to recreate these tasks over and over again for every stage, which is of course a bit of a hassle.
Any chance of getting such an advanced cloning option?

I love hack-n-plan. One tiny thing I'm missing, coming over from Trello is multiple checklists (or sub-task groups) on a single ticket
