Ok. We all relate to games. That's a given in this community but what else makes us feel? We all have influences. There have probably been a number of artists, musicians or authors, even concepts, that have influenced your own aesthetic style or styles you're interested in. Who are they? What inspires you? What art, music or prose give you goosebumps? What makes you feel alive?
For me it's Giger, Dali and Barlowe who've inspired me visually. Amon Tobin and Aphex Twin, Primus, RAtM and Tool, Saints-Saens and Mussorgsky musically. Bradbury, Shea and Wilson, Zelazny, Niven and Crowley (That's John not Alister) literally. Hell it doesn't even have to be people. Websites, concepts, externally produced chemicals, who cares! Tell me! I want to know. I want to know what makes you alive!
