I intend to list games here that work well with the wiimote and a bluetooth dongle.

To play these games with the wiimote you will need the following:
Bluetooth Dongle
Wiimote (Nunchuk is optional)
GlovePIE
======================================

Games tried so far:
  • Aquaria: Didn't work well, mouse flopped all over.
  • Chalk: Works great! Use the WiiMouse IR script.
  • Crayon Physics: Also awesome.
  • Cave Story: Used like a NES gamepad, it's awesome.
  • Highpiled: Works OK, might be better if you can simulate the scrollwheel.

======================================
Why don't you guys post some suggestions for me to test?

I don't know how to hook up a Wiimote to the computer, but I bet Crayon Physics, Tremulous, and Toribash would be AWESOME!

You just need a compatible bluetooth adapter + driver + some softwares:
