you won't get the joke RSS READER! I tried many reader, i want one who allow me to browse old feed (pixel vixen, gameandwatch) and new feed endlessly the old reader stop me from loading old feed, feed reader don't even go that far ... It's disrupting my news habit. Basically I'm still using dead and dormant feed.

So I'm going to be graduating from high school very soon.
Now that I have to think about going to college, and I do want to get into the game industry, what should I study?

computer science, but also technical theatre, so you don't lose all of your culture and soul in compsci.

I don't know if it is necessarily the best path, but I am doing CS plus a random minor (religious studies, although it can be anything) much like Ouren said. It really is nice to have something to balance out all the CS

Is there a name for those super-simplified RTS games like Mushroom Wars or Cloud Wars or Tentacle Wars, or whatever?
You'll have a set number of bases which contain some kind of troops, and you can direct troops to move from one base to another. The important point is unlike a full RTS you can't move your troops just anywhere on the map, they have to stay in one of the bases.
Edit: Here's a
to a Mushroom Wars video if you're wondering what I'm talking about.
I'm just curious because I've seen a few games like this, and I'm wondering if there's a term other than "simplified RTS" for it. It also bears some similarity to a Tower Defense game but TD also was a lot like a simplified RTS but it's kind of become established as its own distinct sub-genre.
