A first pass on some NPCs, in this case Deo and Notea.
They still need some work, but I'll try to get some more stuff done soon. Deo is cheating right now, by having an extra colour for his eyes. I'm not happy about this, so I'll figure out a way to sort it out.

i really wanted to play lost winds, but i dont have a wii...or a tv. but this will be even better! you're sprites are looking spectacular! if i have time, i'll try and make some music
