Attempting a real time editor thing: It's a bit of a hack currently, but still helpful.

Edit: Wow it seems I quoted your post just as you ninja edited it and added a picture? Either way that looks extremely helpful. Very cool!

unreal art, i love the style and influences here. part of my brain is wanting just a LITTLE more forward momentum on the player's body with the melee attack; it's a little too stiff as is. just my two cents. keep grinding dude.

I'm contemplating on having a "VR" hacking minigame on that terminal.... someone talk me out of it? Here's a taste of the hacking world: Looks great. You should get bitten by feature creep more often. Is that red line running between the doors some kind of mechanism?

I'm surprised you actually made a hacking minigame.
I assume more than one would be throughout the game... Ideas for any special rule to set hacking world apart from real word?

Thanks, yeah, it's a circuit from the real world that you follow to find a cyber node that will open a real world path. really like the overall visual style of your project Haha, yeah, I'm glad you like it. NES graphics are my favorite thing Any approx. date for release?
Eventually. I've already gone past my initial scope for the game I assume more than one would be throughout the game... Ideas for any special rule to set hacking world apart from real word?
Yeah, first it was gonna be just a small thing, but now it has enough unique features to be used multiple times throughout the game. The cyberworld is loosely similar to the real world, so you follow paths made by circuits. The cyber world has special blocks like compressed data (invisible blocks that appear when you're close), encrypted data (blocks that disappear with a switch), shield nodes that defend a circuit and circuits that you can cut to make a change in the real world.

Definitely looking forward to it. Do you happen to have an IndieDB page?

I am totally in love with this project! I discovered it on Twitter some months ago and I am following it since that.
The in-game object placer looks interesting. Please share more technical or editor stuff, I am very curious about the internal development process!

I'll do my best to meet your expectations I added the IndieDB page just now. Are there some things in particular you would like to see there? Thanks xeeynamo and substract, I'll make sure to post some in-depth stuff here about the level editing process.

Well if you want you can add anything you want as "articles" there (maybe news, devlogs etc like you're doing here). Building your audience on multiple platform around the web is always very helpful
