help i have no idea what i'm doing [shooter proposal]

ok so, look

I really want to make something, but I don't know what
so the most coherent idea I've had so far is some shooter game thingy, plot could be something like a prison escape or somesuch

I wanted to work with the Doom engine since I have some experience making maps for it
I'm looking for some graphic artist since i'm not really all that good at drawing and i don't want to use any of the original doom textures/sprites
I probably need some actual game designers too to help work on the idea of the game itself such as the plot and stuff

the goal would be a total-conversion doom wad sort of like chex quest i guess, but really i haven't decided on anything yet, just, let's team up and make something???
