Basically, I'm looking for a site that privately allows me to plan my game (maybe share it to only those who have the link) and keep a schedule with maybe goals and certain days?

Thanks.

I prefer sites such as pads of paper, whiteboards or notebooks for this purpose.  Unfortunately they don't make URLs for those, though a digital camera is one remedy.

It's one place where a less technological approach seems to work wonders in my opinion.

As Evan said, the best way (especially if you one man team ) to go with are physical things.

- Put whiteboard or huge paper on the wall with plans (use colored stickers for priority order)
- Get yourself a notebook for notes, bugs, sketches etc.

If you'll have to share with others, you simply make google docs version of the plan and share it with them.

I found this system very usefull since I don't get distracted by the browser and other software if I want to check plan or to-do list. I simply look at the wall or the notebook.

Web tools and other software are overrated  Wink
