The digital animation tool Plastic Animation Paper has been released for free. This is a huge advantage for independent projects since a tool this good can be used freely.

Trying it out now. The UI looks complicated to a new user, but as with me, they might get the hang of it after a few uses. Not to mention each button's image mostly speaks for itself.

In fact, it really seems just to be a 2D animation studio, not exactly the best to use, but it's pretty interesting.
