I did in the beta. Then I got TF2. Never went back.
Eh. I've enjoyed both. They're entirely different games.

Eh. I've enjoyed both. They're entirely different games. Yeah, but the reason I liked it was my hunger for TF2.

Even though I prefer the 360 because of it having a good controller and actual playable games I must admit that this was very funny :D

:D In that case she would just head right into the xbox, how silly. Either that or the moonwalk. And to spare some confusion, I was actually refering to William Broom's image, I guess he didn't know he couldn't hotlink 4chan images (most threads disappear after half and hour, man, along with images) hur hur that was a pretty dumb thing to do actually. I changed it to hotlink from ED instead

So, Battlefield Heroes came out a few days back, and so far it's been pretty enjoyable. Art has a nice green grass, blue sky feel, which is refreshing. Gameplay is also pretty good. Give it a shot. I've been in since closed beta and I'm not a super fan. I keep playing because my friend insists it gets better once you level up a bit.

I liked Battlefield Heroes in the beta, clothing was available to all(forever), and guns were cheaper and lasted longer. I also hated how I had to restart my character.

It's still technically in Beta, it's just "open beta" now. I think the authentication servers are cracking under the strain, because I couldn't play at all yesterday.

Just wanted to say that I love Indie Games.
Also wanted to ask - is anyone using fancy tech from 3d games in 2d indies? Like bump maps? Imagine mario with bump maps! And dynamic lighting!
Also, what's a manbaby?

I just thought people might like to see
A man who, as a young boy, did an illicit interview with John Lennon, got together with some talented animators and directors to illustrate the interview itself - and the result is rather brilliant.

http://enterthestory.com/comics.htmlAwesome collection of writings on comic books and continuity, by the guy who made the games of Les Miserables and Dante's Inferno. This page from his site is also very interesting - it's not really clear, but it seems like his plan is not to make a series of games so much as one huge game, where the player can explore freely from story to story. And he's set on doing it for 20 years or more

I've stated in my license agreement that I consider any work I create to be public domain after twenty years - anything more than that is theft from the society that gives a creator his ideas, education, and market... So he may not even be done the series when parts of it fall into the public domain. I love this guy.
