SPACE MONKEY




As the only survivor of earth's destruction, embark on a journey and travel through space to find suitable planets to terraform and recreate life.

Collect crystals and use it to inhabit planets. Add earth, some water bring some light to the planet, plant some grass or trees to the ground and finally add a life form that will thrive and evolve based on its environment.

Roam the vast space and find hundreds of planets waiting to be discovered. But be weary of the limited oxygen supply so carefully plan each journey to the next destination. Upgrade supplies to increase survivability.

Space Monkey is about building an ecosystem inside a planet. For example, Adding water + light in a planet will bring clouds(rain). plant flora in water will make it evolve to water lily. Adding flora in soil create grass. Adding flora in a dead planet will definitely die. Water without light is ice etc.



It's about a monkey who's task is to recreate life that was once we had. The feel of the game i want to achieve is being alone, and sad.

Here is the list we are currently working on

  • varrying planet size, gravity and name
  • water gfx and animation
  • dead grass gfx
  • clouds gfx and animation
  • home planet flag and minimap icon
  • change the add grass control
  • planet should not rotate when dead
  • add initial flora evolution concept
