Elven Legacy(on Steam) is turns-limited. I believe the maximum turns for any map is 15. You get increasing rewards for doing it under the time limit via Bronze/Silver/Gold measurements.

Many boardgames have multiple options in a turn eg.
"You can do 2 of the 5 options" like buy, sell, trade, upgrade, etc.
