I own a number of guitars that I can play fairly well, although currently only one is strung and in-tune (I have 2 so-so acoustics. One yamaha one johnson, neither is tuned and the yamaha needs some work to be playable, a weird hybrid electric made out of an epiphone strat knockoff, an old gibson, and an old fender strat, an edwards mini les paul electric, and a S150 thats been mostly parted out. I keep the hybrid electric thing strung and in-tune, because its set up the best, theoretically the edwards is a better guitar, but its a mini...) I also have a Simmons sd7k drumkit (Secretly its just a bunch of midi triggers made in the shape of a drumkit) that I can play fairly well, and use to sequence a good chunk of my drum progressions for game stuff. My friend also left her bass at my apartment months ago, so Iv been messing around on that, but I basically sound like a guitar player on a bass. I can slap and pop and such, and play well enough for most rock bands but Im pretty meh. Oh... and I can play keys. Those are easy. Im not amazing, but I can play em fine for most things.... Also with the reading and writing of music, although I cant sight read anything past around 80 tempo that isnt written in some C major analogue (like A minor, for example.)
I used to be able to play mandolin, autoharp, acordian, and fiddle as well, but I havent had access too any of those in awhile so I imagine Id sound pretty bad if I picked one up now.
... oh, and I can make noises with my face. Also pedals. Pedals are instruments right?

I play piano - mostly recent music like Ben Folds and The Dresden Dolls but occasionally I try some classical stuff. I can also play bass guitar, but I'm not nearly as good at that.

Okay at piano, pretty good at mandolin. I don't really know any songs but I can pick it up and jam with people.

My roommate bought a Theremin about a couple of months ago. Those things are hard. I've played horn for ten years, and I mainly still play that, but I intend to add Theremin when I finally manage to build one that sounds good.

Mediocre at: guitar (mostly acoustic, but I have an electric too) and singing. I guess I can play bass as well, and could probably pick up stuff like mandolins or ukeleles reasonably easily.
Bad but enthusiastic at: saxophone, synths, cowbell.
Tried once and was surprisingly good at for a first try: Trombone.

And I could theoretically play the recorder.
Oh yeah, I learned to play the recorder too! I'm not sure if I still have mine, but I still remember the fingerings.

I taught myself how to play the guitar when I was 16. I discovered Sonic Youth shortly afterwards, and their alternate tunings and prepared guitar technics have kept me busy since then. I have a broken autoharp, a toy piano, and a harmonica that I've made music with, but those probably shouldn't count.
I also sing, terribly, but not in front of other people. I'm working on it though, by singing along with Elliott Smith tunes.
