Ok, that post wasn't very revelant but let's stay on the topics.
The problem with Africa is, unfortunately, constant. And in most african countries, corruption is even one hundred times bigger than the whole European Union put together... well, i can't measure corruption properly but it's to give an idea. Now, that's the shit.

Yet, what happened in Italy still sucks. And what makes me angry is that... you know earthquakes happen in Italy. Look at this list! In 2012 it happened in Emilia-Romagna. It's obvious that politicians in Italy don't really give a meritorious damn if people die under crumbled ruins., otherwise they would fund antiseismic security, especially after all these devastating earthquakes of this decade.

Any charitable organization will be hijack over time by business minded people, first they will bring necessary optimization, but then will introduce a culture that will open the door to shark that will turn it into money pump and neo colonialist weapon (like giving job that only benefit corp by outsourcing low pay job) that don't care about improving actual infrastructure.
