yes it is. I somehow got the videos working. I switched browsers to Google Chrome, maybe that was it. Anyhow this is no good, since I'm not going to get anything done since I'm going to watch all the talks that I missed. |

Why is the GDC site so slow?
Also something seems to be wrong as I can't access any of the videos either in the free section of the vault or in the GDC section.

Was the fact Kim Swift was pulled from the Design Challenge due to it's title/subject reported at the time? Pretty pathetic of Valve.

Yeah, Eric Z mentions it in his opening remarks for the Challenge, and some of the news stories (like cnet) mentioned it, though I honestly expected more in-depth coverage, given how much of a scandal it was. |
