I've never been able to tell a difference in speeds between browsers. I'm pretty sure everyone just thinks there's a difference because they've been told so.
There was an article about furries in the Metro (free English newspaper distributed on public transport) today. They sounded like they were condoning them.

Me neither, but no, this is actually tangibly faster than IE or Firefox 2! I felt the need to tell you!

Fx3 is awesome. As it should be. It's got more than eight fucking million downloads worldwide already.

Well, for me, it's either FF or Camino, and Camino certainly beat the rump off Firefox 2.

It's either this or IE. Or Opera. Or Safari. Or Maxthon. Or Konqueror. Or... AOL Explorer!

Opera is beautiful. I've been a fanboy using it since version 6 or something. The new 9.5 is going to be splendid.

I haven't tried FF3, but I did try some of the betas, and I just don't like the way it's done, as it were. It's hard to break the habit of a lifetime. I just function better with Opera.

I can't believe I used to be a regular IE user. I have the Firefox installer in my profile drive at school so I can install it on any computer when I need to. Sounds like I need a new installer now.

Will someone tell me just WHY it beats IE? Does it come with free candy or something? It's just a browser - meant to browse through the internet. So why is FF so damn cool?

Saying you hate security is like saying you want viruses to infest your computer because they make good company.

No, it's not. Or maybe it is. Okay, I hate Window's "security".

There are two types of security;
1)Windows trying to stop you doing what you want purely because you want to do it
2)Real software trying to stop other people from doing what they want to you
Firefox (and Opera, for that matter) falls under category 2. IE falls under category 1.
