http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/222607.htmlthis is some of the worst advertising ive seen for any kind of product. but i must say that the guitar-thing has one redeeming quality. i want to make an homebrew music-only (no graphics or visual at all) that plays with the guitar-thing, and the DS closed. so you can walk around the street and play the little music game in your head, and just....press those buttons while you're walking around. anyway, this is obviously retarded and insulting.

I think this is exactly why Harmonix didn't make a "portable" GH game. Harmonix is all about the spirit of music, and it's kind of hard to pretend you're playing a guitar when it's four colored buttons on a DS. My opinion represented in a single picture: Sorry. Couldn't help it.

It would be best if the singer suddenly had his brains exploded thanks to a well aimed shotgun blast to the face.
Then the same for the dumb kid.
Then whoever thought this was good advertising.
Then for who was responsible for the game's conception.

The DS in that ad was running out of batteries. The red "charge me" light was on.
All that "wigglewigglewigglewigglewiggle oooooh!" for STAR POWER must take a lot of battery juice!

I imagine they probably had to do many takes before both actors got through all the scenes without dissolving into fits of giggling.

I love how Guitar Hero 4 is Rock band a year later and $20 more expensive.
Also Aerosmith already got a game, they don't get two.

They may be able to rock out, but they'll never regain their dignity. Who was that singer? I want to know which albums need to be burned. Also, the kid looks like he was from High School Musical- any guesses as to who the poor sap was? You mean this Aerosmith game, right?

Activision is very quickly killing what was once my all time favorite series.
I'm so glad Harmonix made Rock Band.

Harmonix.
Also, hands up if you couldn't even stomach watching half of that ad. I suppose I could've managed it if it weren't for the way it eroded my respect for humanity causing me to hate the entire world for spawning such a cultural nightmare.
