a live wire.

a path puzzler with the goal of filling the grid.

so far i have been working on the core ruleset and design.

right now it is a game of staying alive. the sequences earn or burn your HP. i'd like to add XP and "power-ups" that you must choose from in between rounds.

thanks!

a technical update--i got automated path finding to work.

this ended up being quite the problem. my approach was to use a backtracking algorithm, with some heavy pruning and parallelism.

anyhow, it works pretty nicely for even larger grids--up to 42 nodes takes under a couple frames for an exhaustive negative result.

next up: making something fun out of it Tongue
