should have some low poly models up soon in .obj and .tga format, and random Illustrations. 

What's the best way to arrange and export animations?  I've done it all in one file with animations back to back before, is that ok?  If that works out I can provide characters and other animated stuff.

Just do the way you think works best. If anyone needs stuff in a different format you can provide for them later.

i dunno if obj can handle animations, just choose your best

Seems like Collada (.dae) might be a better option than .obj. Most 3D apps and engines can work with it these days, and it can definitely contain animations.
