Though it's about a year old, I just found out about this Python gamedev forum:

http://pyedpypers.org/

The nice thing about it is it's lib-agnostic, so people who use Pygame, pyglet, etc. can meet in one place to talk about game development and Python.

It's a pretty quiet site (only about 40 members), but unusually it has an impressive amount of infrastructure already set up -- a projects section with comments, hosted downloads for established members, and so on. I think the admin have been slowly working on it and haven't really got around to advertising it, though it seems mostly finished.

So if you're interested in a Python gamedev-focused site, check it out.
