No.   Droop

TTFs can store blocky-shapes similar to these fonts.  With especial tweaking, they can be lined up on the metrics of regular pixels, so that when used with a font display codebase that can draw non-AA fonts (such as the one built into PS), they will appear as pixel fonts.  However, making a TTF of bitmap fonts requires an entirely different skillset from pixel-editing;  it requires you to know your way around vector art tools, and stuff like fontforge, so it's likely that pixel artists won't have the skills to make a TTF font.  I sure don't.

Typically this is not a skill you should expect most artists to have.  Making TTF fonts is a specialization unto itself.

However, TTFs

Everyone, please consider uploading your fonts to OpenGameArt!

It's a worldwide repo for stuff .. exactly like this.  Game art for programmers who need it.  No agenda about licensing;  they support everything from public-domain, to CC, to GPL, to others.  If you upload it there, it'll be useable by the whole world at large.

I was wondering when they were going to make it a single domain instead of the "fontshop" part.

Very cool, it can't substitute well made font typography, but for pixel fonts it's just ok.

Something I made a couple of days ago for a game I'm working on. It's not a very good font, but if anyone wants to use it, just credit me or whatevs.
