This is cool, but is there anything similar that allows you to record the webcam as well?

eg., what Alec of Infinite Ammo did for his recent Unity tutorial series, where you see his desktop and he is in 'picture in picture' box at the top right.

Forgive me if I'm missing something here, but can't you just use QickTime? I've done some screen recording with it, and it seemed to work fine.
