I hate that the first reaction I get to "I have a game on the app store" is "is it free?", almost every time. I know they don't intend to be rude, they are trying to show a willingness to download the game, but only if it's free, so it sounds to me like they are saying "i would never pay money for a game, your craft is worthless"
I think i'll be glad when I release a free-to-play game, so I can simply answer "yes"
You make a game for the unending cesspool that is the app store, you deal with the consequences. That's just how the platform is.

Possibly in performance arts.

It's incredible how an OS would BSOD after a period of not-use.

my computer used to bsod when idling. worked for a few months then it died, took out the motherboard and the capacitors were all blown up.
a bsod isn't normal, doubly so when not caused by obvious software/driver error. could be busted motherboard, bad memory, power supply, etc.

It's more of a "This OS's busted, the other's working" case. Name that Windows doesn't work anymore. Since the code's still on the bottom and there are legal ISOs, I could just use that in a VM.

despite windows typically lackluster reliability, it's highly unlikely it would stop working after a short period of time because of any kind of software related failure unless a program or update screwed with the boot files

You're never drunk until you start dancing to the funk and since that's been out of style for decades already, you can never get too drunk. Trust me, I didn't go to evil medical school for nothing.
