I don't know how many of you are fans of Final Fantasy IV, or if this is even news to any of you, but I just found out about it today and am excited to see the story continue. Porom and Palom look neat as adults. Too bad it's very unlikely to be translated. Sad

Palom as an adult:

Dear Square Enix:

I hate you for making this a cell phone game.

Why?

This will probably be the best (standard not iPhone) cell phone game ever.

If I actually had a cell phone I would probably pick this up.

Because that severely reduces the chances of it getting localized, as most Americans (maybe Europeans, too, I'm not sure) don't have the awesome cell phones needed to power this.  Cry

Yeah, this is very true.

But hey, maybe one day you'll be walking along and all of a sudden a cell phone from Japan will fall out of the sky...

 Grin

it could happen....

I'd be more worried about the apparent uprising of the machines.

But seriously, even if you get the phone it's useless without the service which would probably not be usable outside of Japan. That's just one of the many reasons I have a love/hate relationship with the country.
