Hello,

I was (and still am) developing mostly webgames and was main dev for 3 retail Games for children (Die Wilden Hühner, German only).

Now I want to actively join the Indie-Scene and started with a freeware-puzzle game.

Mobile Bomb Squad.
The goal is to line up bombs and rockets for a working chain reaction of explosions.
There are other elements like empty and filled crates, cars, enemies, turrets, etc...

The game has 30 levels set in 6 environments. It has a good and bad ending.

Direct download:

Or from the YoYoGames site where it is hosted for a competition:

Well, I wouln't consider it "scene" where I have been before. I mainly did it for myself with two mates, who happen to makes games as the clients wants them because you can make money from it (Nothing wrong with them).
Actually they are not really interested in games, gaming-trends and so on. There is no passion for gaming in them. If they could make the same amount of money with, well, manufacturing vases, they would make that.

I want to share game-ideas, exchange arts and inspiration and so on.

I am making this step now. When my mates wanna follow: fine. If not, so what. Smiley

And since you liked the graphics and I leanred GM with the start of this game which was recieved wuite well I think I won't be the worst developer in the world. Smiley

I really dig the graphics, very mid 90's PC game-ish.
Can't try it right now because I'm at work but I will later.

This game is awesome. I love the PC-retro graphics, the funny dialogue, the high level of polish, the way you keep introducing new gameplay elements without lingering on anything... I love everything about this game really, the only criticism I could make is that it kept me up until 1:00 in the morning and now I'll be tired tomorrow.

Thanks a lot. I am really glad you like it.

Next game is planned already. A puzzle platformer, which will tell the story of how our hero gets to the organization he works for in Mobile Bomb Squad.

Oh, and maybe I am re-releasing two older game of mine tonight (I must read the "Not safe for work" part of these forum-rules for that Wink )

Hah, I beat it! But the bad ending is horrible! I'll have to go back and get that last stick of dynamite...

When you look at the profile. Does the fourth happen to miss? It is in the level where she looses contact to you due to the thick walls.

Thanks, I got the good ending now.

I might point out that you spelled 'apartment' wrong in the dialogue for the good ending (and maybe the bad ending as well? I can't remember.) Other than that I have no criticisms to make.

Thanks a lot for pointing out. I am German and had to struggle with the 4 pages of text. IN the end I just was worn out by it and overlooked it.
Mext version will have it fixed. And I will include a cheat-mode. Smiley
