My little company Brushfire Games released our first title "Shipwreck" today. It's a top down adventure game inspired by classic Zelda titles. It's been a long time coming but it's finally released. It's available on Windows via the Humble widget and Xbox 360 via Xbox Live Indie Games. It's $3 (roughly) on each.

You can find the trailer and buy it via the Humble widget on our site: http://brushfiregames.com/shipwreck/. There's also a link below the widget if you want to buy it on Xbox 360.

Update 2/28: We're on Steam Greenlight now. You can vote for Shipwreck here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=232092040.

I have to thank the TIGForum community for being inspiring while working on the game. I religiously check the devlogs section and really love all the cool stuff I see in there.

Keep it up, indie game folks. Keep it up.

I did really like Anodyne. It played a role in making me want to try making an adventure game like this. Smiley

Truthfully this game started out much more stylistically like LTTP, then moved towards Link's Awakening, and eventually started to take some cues from Anodyne (with regards to the perspective).

Looks nice, are you going to make a demo version at some point?

No plans at this point, sorry. There's a demo on 360 (it's required by the system) if you want to try it there: http://marketplace.xbox.com/Product/Shipwreck/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80258550e20. But nothing on PC for now.

Just popping in to announce that we've put Shipwreck up on Greenlight. If you have a minute and feel so inclined, we'd appreciate all the "Yes" votes we can get.
