Back in the day publishers would comb the forums like TIG for games. Do publishers still reach out and comb game forums or do they just wait for the offers to come to them now with so many games being developed & released? Whats the process of getting published look like these days. What should I bring to the table (check list)? What should I expect percentage wise?

i dont think people go on this enough anymore for it to matter to them. i posted here like last month and it's still the third result if that tells you anything.
