Well, there is some kind of Accessibility prize for those who achieve more features that allows as many players as they can to play their game, but I don't really know if it's just here at Qantum Tongue

I worked on Navigating Nirvana. It turned out to be pretty interesting.

I just did it in Melbourne, i don't think I had as much fun as when I just casualy jam with my friends, but mostly because it was so hot and cramped in the work areas it felt like I was constantly wearing a thick layer of everyone else's sweat, also i got zero hours sleep the first night which left me with a monster headache for the remaining 35 or so hours.  Coffee
I think I'll still go back next year, every time I jam it feels like a lot is learned in very little time.

IT'S OVER (in Sydney). It was pretty huge this year, at least by our standards here. 30 teams, something like a hundred people? Or more? Our game was nominated in the Tech and Theme categories, but the awards aren't until next week. The controls suck~ so just watch the youtube video.

Wow, i watched the video (no time for the game, yet) and I must say, it looks like great design work!  Really catches on the theme as well.

Yeah this looks really cool!
I participated in making the entry "Flying Kabuki Planets". We aimed for the kiloplayer achievement, but I think ~100 players should be maximum because of bandwidth. With some major tweaking of the protocol and the client we should be able to allow 1024 players...

I ended up going to NYU and doing the art/design for a game. I blogged about it here (or on the link in my sig).

I worked with a team that made a platformer where you control a rolling snake and gravity doesn't work like it's supposed to. None of them had even played And Yet it Moves, btw. They asked for a stoner rock kind of thing, so I did my best Dylan Carlson impression. The over-over-gained guitars hide crappy playing Wink

Updated Noisrucker with improved controls. It's more or less playable now! http://www.klikscene.com/noisrucker/

My team and I developed a fun and super cute game called Chum! The idea is to go through as many generations as possible. You start as a tiny fish, then grow up and eat other fish, then spawn eggs as an adult and become one of your children, which completes a generation.
