Like Kickstarter, but with investments (and consequent legal obligations) instead of donations, Europe-based instead of USA-based, and video-games-only. Launches in June 2012.

Penny Arcade Report is pessimistic.

Why do they have a bunch of logos of sales platforms at the bottom? Are they trying to imply that they're partners? Are they? Immediate intense scent of bullshit.

It's already two months late with a launch. If they want to look legitimate, they should put up a blog and post about progress.
