Heheh...any screenshots illustrating this? (I looked but couldn't find any)
I can't find any either, and my only computer these days is a PC. You and Terry are working on Judith today, right? Have fun, you two. That game looks like it's going to be neat.

Hurrah. Finally also finished with work. So can get back to this. So much for my final push...going to give it another try now though, and be infinitely more brutal in my dealings with the game.
Also: hurrah, after several hours of tracking down the source of an irritating duplicate symbol error, I have lua bindings working (though I don't think I'm going to use them for much more than the config file, knowing that I can will be good for me in future projects).

I just wanted to say this is the number one unreleased game on my list right now. I hope development is going well. I'm really looking forward to getting a chance to play around in these tantalizing environments of yours.

it's going shit right at the moment. I've been stalled with windows porting problems for the past week. (once i have that done, I have to do a small bit of rearranging to do, but that's the main hurdle). Here's hoping I get them out of the way today.

Okay, it's more or less finished now. Windows (20MB) OS X 10.5+ (22MB) (It comes bundled with a custom chapter by Terry, the heist). My plan is to leave it in beta a couple of days, see if any horrible problems emerge, then to put it public at the weekend.

Ok that's pretty weird.
I like the music
I think it should slide along walls when you move at an angle to them, it makes it kinda annoying when you barely touch a wall and stop moving.
The graphics are cool.
The text between levels is hard to read, I found myself having to cross my eyes a little to see the shapes of the letters.
For the first 2 sets of levels I had a lot of trouble figuring out what the win goal was cause it kept changing. "Oh I have to light up all the squares", "Oh wait I have to grab this thing", "Avoid it for a set time?", "Get to this point", it got a bit confusing.
(good thing) The weird distortey world makes my head spin and it sometimes feels like I'm about to go upside down.
In the rose level I first went outward and that got me nowhere but took forever, then on the second try like 2 seconds later I won.
I stopped on 5-9 because the maze was getting annoying to navigate through.
Tried the editor, game crashes (Mac OSX 10.5 macbook pro 2.6 ghz).
And that's my first impression.

A couple of spelling mistakes: urge'd -> urged? could be deliberate in which case fine sinced -> since droop -> drop Stuck on chapter 5, episodes 2 and 4. Love it.

A couple of spelling mistakes: urge'd -> urged? could be deliberate in which case fine sinced -> since droop -> drop two out of those three were deliberate. I'll fix the middle one, and I think edit the third. I'm tinkering about with some other small stuff as well; I'll probably have a new build tonight. G-G, thanks for your comments. Tried the editor, game crashes (Mac OSX 10.5 macbook pro 2.6 ghz). Could you describe what you were doing when it crashed? Is it reproduceable? Was there anything left in the stderr file in the directory when you tried to run it? Any messages left in the system console? (one possibility that comes to mind is that you put the game in the root applications directory and tried to create a new level; it currently stores them in the game directory, so maybe you didn't have the permission).

Got indiegame'd, so uploaded a new version (same place) with spelling errors corrected (and I think one other minor modification).

No I actually left it in my downloads folder. Is the error log saved anywhere? I was just hitting random buttons to see if they did anything in the editor.
