I think theoretically it should... here's the text that accompanied the image: See this? This is the sole reason why SEGA doesn’t make consoles anymore. A bit unrelated but, the funniest thing about the sega cd is that, on it's cover it says: "High-Definition Graphics" So, Sony, Microsoft, you are freakin' late with your HD/Blue ray stuff, Sega had it going on 15 years ago! Ha! :D
